It allows our office to grow and address any holes in our service process. We are saddened by your review as we strive to make sure all of our customers are 110% satisfied and can see this was not your experience. To address your concerns: We did process your address change as initially requested; however, it was not processed correctly. Because of this error, our office has strengthened our current Checks and Balance process to ensure that we continue to review all changes submitted after Corporate processing. A process already in place, but obviously not perfect. To understand State Farm's Processing System: Any changes requested on a policy is submitted by our office on the same day. These changes are sent to Corporate for further processing. All changes are not processed in real time by any Colorado State Farm Office. It can take up to 7 or more business days for Corporate to process and finalize changes. Juan, we are saddened by your experience and can only strive to be better in assessing our customer's needs and providing excellent service. Had I been in town the day you requested to speak with me, I would have addressed these issues immediately, as I do value each and every customer. We have appreciated your business over the last several years and wish you the very best in all your future endeavors. There are times when it is advantageous for customers to read reviews that are not 5 Star as it gives me an opportunity to illustrate how important insurance is. Many consumers dislike paying for insurance and tend to sacrifice coverage for a low premium. Insurance is meant to help in the event of an unexpected loss. One of the greatest features of insurance is you get to choose your own coverage's. It is not legal for my office or any insurance agency or company to select coverages for you. It is our passion and our mission to educate and provide the best information possible to our customers when selecting coverage's so that in the event of a loss our customers know what to expect. Not only is education and information provided to our customers, but State Farm loves paper! They send out numerous copies of your policies through all means of communication giving our customers the opportunity to double check their policies for accuracy. I am saddened by your experience and would love to meet with you in person or virtually to review your policies so that in the event you have another loss, you are satisfied with the coverage's you selected. "
